Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the startupsubmit.app website (the "Service") operated by WEB SPARKED LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Service Description

StartupSubmit provides a manual submission service for startups to various online directories and platforms. We also offer LLC formation services, curated lists, and other marketing services as described on our website.

Payments and Fees

All services are offered on a one-time payment basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe). By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the specified fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee regarding the delivery of our promised services. However, due to the labor-intensive nature of our manual submission process and government filing fees for LLCs, the following applies:

  • Directory Submissions: Once the submission process has started, we generally do not offer refunds. If work has not commenced, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • LLC Formation: Once payment is made and we have begun the filing process or paid state fees, refunds are not possible.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us at support@startupsubmit.app to discuss a resolution.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your startup or business entity for the submission and formation process. We are not responsible for any errors, rejections, or legal issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WEB SPARKED LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WEB SPARKED LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
