Terms of Service

Welcome to StartupSubmit, a service operated by WEB SPARKED LLC. By using startupsubmit.app or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

StartupSubmit provides a manual directory submission service for startups, SaaS businesses, AI products, software companies and websites. Our service consists of manually submitting the information you provide to the number of directories included in your purchased plan.

We do not own, manage or control any third-party directory.

2. What We Deliver

Your plan includes manual directory submissions and a detailed Airtable delivery report containing:

  • Directory name
  • Directory URL
  • Directory Domain Rating (where available)
  • Screenshot before submission
  • Screenshot after submission or confirmation page
  • Submission evidence

Our contractual obligation is fulfilled once the agreed submissions have been completed and the Airtable delivery report has been delivered.

3. Directory Approval

StartupSubmit does not guarantee directory approval, publication, live listings, backlinks, indexing or acceptance by any directory.

Every directory has its own editorial guidelines and review process. Approval may take a few days, several weeks or several months. Some directories may reject submissions without explanation.

Directory rejection or delayed approval does not mean the submission service was not performed.

4. Live Listing Tracking

We do not provide ongoing tracking of individual directory approvals after submission. Where available, approval notifications are generally sent directly by the directory to the email address submitted with your startup.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is normally completed within 3 to 10 business days. During busy periods delivery may take up to 30 days.

6. Domain Rating Guarantee

If your purchased plan includes a Domain Rating guarantee, we will continue building links until the advertised DR target is achieved under the terms of that plan.

DR improvements depend on directory approval, Google indexing, Ahrefs crawling, Ahrefs algorithm updates and many other factors outside our control. DR improvements typically take 30 to 90 days after approved links become live and indexed.

Ahrefs is an independent third-party service. StartupSubmit does not control Ahrefs calculations or updates.

7. No SEO Guarantees

Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, keyword positions, backlinks, Google indexing, AI visibility, directory approval or live listings.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete business information. Incorrect information may result in submission delays or directory rejection.

9. Refund Policy

Because our service involves manual work that begins shortly after purchase, completed work is generally non-refundable.

If StartupSubmit fails to complete the promised number of manual submissions or fails to deliver your Airtable submission report, we will complete the remaining work or provide a full refund if we cannot deliver the purchased service.

Refunds are not available because a directory rejects your submission, delays publication, removes a listing, Google has not indexed a listing or Ahrefs has not yet updated your Domain Rating.

10. Completion of Service

Your order is considered complete when the promised manual submissions have been completed and your Airtable delivery report has been delivered.

11. Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for directory policy changes, moderation decisions, downtime, closures, listing removals or technical issues affecting third-party websites.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve any issue.

If a payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment processor or card issuer with evidence including your order details, onboarding information, customer communications, Airtable report, submission timestamps, screenshots, directory URLs and other records demonstrating that the purchased service was completed.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and materials on StartupSubmit remain the property of WEB SPARKED LLC.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB SPARKED LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this page.
